Defective products
If a product arrives defective, we will replace it or refund you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at 79466176 with your order details and clear photos or a short video showing the defect. We will confirm and arrange the replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 7 days, using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you prefer a replacement.
Return shipping
If the product is defective, we cover the return shipping.
Not accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not defective, or for products damaged through misuse after delivery.
